In this podcast, we had the chance to host Ms Albana Rexha, Senior Policy Analyst at Democracy Plus in Kosovo. We spoke about the recent elections in Kosovo and their importance for the country’s stability, the next government’s priorities and the homework that both, the EU and Kosovo, should finish soon in order to advance Kosovo’s path to the European Union accession.
Valentina Grganovic
Valentina holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna where she majored in European Affairs. The undergraduate degree in Political Science Valentina obtained at the University of Zagreb. She also experienced an Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Warsaw and completed a master’s thesis research programme at the Central European University in Budapest. Besides academic experience, Valentina was also an active volunteer of several student unions and successfully completed a summer internship programme at the Post Conflict Research Center in Sarajevo. Her research field encompasses the EU external relations with a special focus on relations between the European Union and the Western Balkan region. Her interests lay in peace-building and reconciliation contribution tolls from various international organisations in the Western Balkans, with an emphasis on the rule of law, democracy and media freedom.
